Imagekind Update
Another picture taken in Zanzibar with the Zorki 3S. This is a detail of a Zanzibar door. There are unfortunatly less and less traditional carved doors in Zanzibar. Though since I have been living in Tanzania I have noted that some owners are having new doors made in the traditional style. That is good news.
Stone Town is a really old city. Many houses are in very bad state as a house costs a lot of money to maintain. I am trying to find some litterature on the Zanzibar houses, the architecture, the interior decoration. Unfortunatly I did not find so many things. only a couple of books but they are not very complete.
Talking about pictures, I have been selling some pictures on Imagekind lately. I am so happy about that. Indeed it is always a nice feeling to know that people who do not know me appreciate my work. I am putting some new pictures.
I have also been making some arts lately and I will put some pictures about this soo too.

These Zanzibar doors are astounding! My wife gave me a print of one of your carved door photos for my birthday; it looks great gallery-wrapped.
I'm glad the ImageKind has finally gotten moving for you. The Little Bee-Eater picture she got for my mom shipped fast, looked dynamite, and my mom put it up immediately on Christmas day. It's a good service.
I confess I had never heard of a and I've been wondering what you've been raving about. Thank goodness for Wikipedia.
I'm having enough trouble learning how to use a digital SLR (just got a Nikon D80) -- there is so much to learn! I cannot imagine learning or even shooting with a film camera. I have grown so spoiled by the instant gratification of digital. I could not stand waiting for the film to come back even if I were processing it myself.
