… So Friday:
Another week in the office gone… It is going so fast!
It is sunny and hot today. It is nice. It could have been a drama as yesterday the water pump was not working anymore and there was no more water in the tank. During the night the water hose could be used to fill in the upper tank (another one is buried but the top one is directly linked to the house) as late at night less people used water so there was more pressure. This morning I could take a nice shower!! The electrician came and the pump works.
Not having water is the worse (I almost did not have water at all shortly after i moved in this house, for THREE months…). I can deal with not having power, but not having water is very difficult.
I finally found the daily planner of my dreams. I first found it on the Filofax website but at 135.00€ + 8.00€ shipping, it was expensive. I found the exact one I wanted on eBay at 80.00€ shipping included. I will just buy the pages I want (one per day)…
And Saturday:
Well, when I was writing this post, the power went out. When we went to bed there was still no power. But this morning, it is back.
Ben is preparing the breakfast. He is now mastering French toasts. Yummy. Not really good for the diet but still a nice way to start a day.
And you know what? Muffin speaks!!

Well…, this is Muffin when she was a baby, a tiny pygmy hedgehog of 60 grams.
Now she is a grown up pygmy hedgehog of 2 years and a half, of 600 grams:
She is just super funny. I definitely have to make a video of her and post it there some day – ok, except when she is grumpy.
So, Hedgehogs are mostly silent. They make little noises but sounds are very rare. The last time Muffin made some sounds, it was during her sleep. I think she was dreaming. It was at least one year ago This time, I was just gently rubbing her tummy and she made two lovely sounds… nice moment.
